What you can expect from us — and what you can’t.

Short, because it can be. These are the terms for a NorthAnswer pilot measurement.

No guaranteed AI mentions

Nobody can force an AI assistant to name or recommend a business, and NorthAnswer does not promise to. What we deliver is a measurement with evidence, an explanation of what we saw, and targeted improvement actions with an honest assessment of what is certain and what is not.

Measurements are snapshots

AI models answer differently every time and change over time. A measurement describes what the measured model answered on the measurement date, based on 5 questions × 5 runs = 25 answers. It is not a prediction and not a representative picture of “the market”. The first pilot version measures one AI provider without live web search; anything not measured is marked “not measured” in the report.

Delivery

• After your request you receive a personal reply within one working day.
• Together we settle the five customer questions. After your approval you receive an invoice (pilot price €197, excluding VAT). Measurement starts after payment.
• The set of questions is then frozen, so that any later re-measurement is a fair comparison.
• The report (PDF) plus a 30-minute walkthrough is delivered within 10 working days after approval of the questions.
• If the intake shows that your market is not measurable enough, we say so honestly and you pay nothing.

Prices

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Pilot agreement

The pilot price applies to the first five clients, in exchange for an honest testimonial. Results may be used anonymised as case material; identifiable details only with your consent.

Liability

The report is advice. Decisions you take on the basis of it are at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the measurement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
