Short and readable: what happens to your data.

NorthAnswer is a service run by Wouter van den Brink. This statement covers the request form on this website. Nothing else on this site collects data about you: no accounts, no analytics cookies, no tracking.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form yourself: your name, business e-mail address, company or brand name, website, industry, market or region, your main product or service, the five customer questions you provide, any competitors and — if you choose — your phone number.

What for

Solely to assess and answer your pilot request. The form does not start a measurement or any other automated action; it sends one e-mail to Wouter.

Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, newsletters or sale to third parties.

Who receives it

• Wouter van den Brink (NorthAnswer), who reads and answers your request.
• The e-mail provider that technically delivers the message, acting as a processor. It keeps the e-mail only as long as delivery requires.

How long

If no client relationship follows, your data is deleted within 90 days of your request. If we do end up working together, we keep what is needed for the assignment and our records.

Requesting deletion or access

E-mail privacy@northanswer.com. You will hear back within a few working days and your data will be deleted, unless a legal retention obligation prevents it.

Security

The form runs over a secure connection. Your input is validated on the server and not stored in a database; only an e-mail is sent. The technical logs contain nothing but a request number, a timestamp and whether sending succeeded — never your name, e-mail address or message text.
