What you get

Five pages. Every figure checkable. No overall score.

The NorthAnswer pilot report is deliberately short: five A4 pages, in Dutch or English, as a PDF with a thirty-minute walkthrough call. Below you can see exactly what is on each page.

  1. Cover

Your core question as the heading, the method in one sentence, and the fixed details: client, market, measurement date, language, fingerprint of the measurement plan, author.

  2. At a glance

The result in one sentence. Three figures: in how many of the 125 answers you are mentioned and in how many of the 5 questions; which name is mentioned most; on which question you do best. Alongside: what this does say and what it does not, and the legend with the six certainty labels.

  3. Findings per customer question

Per question: the question verbatim, five dots (filled = you are mentioned in that answer), the count and the certainty label, and a bar chart of all names mentioned — you in colour, the rest in black. Counts are literal mentions, not a quality judgement.

Example of the five dots for one question: filled = mentioned in that answer (here 3 of 5 — an example, not a real measurement).
  4. Evidence

Every mention of your business quoted literally, with question number, attempt and evidence ID. Plus the register of all 125 answers, the measurement status (planned, succeeded, failed, not measured) and the source map: which sources in your market count in the answers.

  5. Three pieces of advice

At most three, ranked by substantiated priority: with the reason, how feasible it is and what has to come first, each with a reference to the findings. Next to every piece of advice it says what we don't know — including what it will yield; only a re-measurement shows that, and that is a separate follow-up. And how such a re-measurement works.

Why so short?

Because a business owner doesn't read a forty-page report. Everything in it can be checked; everything that was not measured is listed as “not measured”. More pages would not make it more reliable.

How you can check this report.

  1. Your five questions are locked in before the measurement and get a fingerprint — we cannot change them afterwards.
  2. Every answer is stored in full, with model, date, time and an evidence ID.
  3. Every figure in your report points to such an ID; on request you get the complete answer file.
  4. Anything not measured is listed as “not measured” — never as zero.

Our first real case

Our first real case is ourselves: northanswer.com. That baseline has not been run yet. As soon as it has, the report appears here with the numbers as they are — even if they disappoint.

If we re-measure later, that goes here too. Until then there are no figures here.
