Do I have to come up with questions myself?
No. NorthAnswer researches your offer, audience and relevant customer questions and selects the five measurement questions internally. You do not have to think them up, supply them or approve them.
What do I need to provide?
Your website and your contact details. Nothing else. If you later order publication as well, we arrange access to your website together.
What do I get for €197?
One measurement: 5 questions × 5 repetitions × 5 AI providers, 125 planned answers in total. Usable answers are counted separately; an empty or failed answer does not count as “not mentioned”. You get a five-page report with a source map, at most three substantiated pieces of improvement advice and a 30-minute personal walkthrough, within 10 working days after receipt of payment and your website address. Content, publication and re-measurement are not included.
Can NorthAnswer take care of content too?
Yes, as an additional order. With the Build package (€595 excl. VAT) we create five answer pages about your customer questions, checked by a person, with publication instructions and one re-measurement after thirty days. You or your web developer publish — or we do, if you order it and give us access to your website. With Maintenance (€245 per month) we measure again every month and make one new or rewritten page.
What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is the extent to which AI assistants such as ChatGPT mention or recommend your business when a customer asks for your service. It is not about a position, but about whether you appear and on what grounds. NorthAnswer measures this with five customer questions, each asked five times across five AI providers — 125 planned answers per measurement.

What do the follow-up steps cost?
The AI visibility check (pilot measurement) €197; Build package €595, for several markets or languages €1,095; Maintenance €245 per month, cancel monthly. All prices exclude VAT. You buy each step separately and only with your approval; the pilot report arrives within 10 working days after receipt of payment and your website address.
Does this work for every industry?
Anywhere customers ask for recommendations. After your request we assess whether your market is measurable enough — if it isn't, I'll say so honestly and you pay nothing.
Is a re-measurement included in the €197?
No. The pilot is one measurement with a report, at most three substantiated pieces of improvement advice and a walkthrough. A re-measurement with the same five questions belongs to the Build package and Maintenance, and you only buy it if you want to. We deliver those follow-up steps personally and in consultation with you; you decide.
Is €197 inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT; 21% VAT is added on the invoice.
Does the form start a measurement straight away?
No. The form sends your request to me; nothing is measured automatically. I'll get back to you personally within one working day and confirm when we can start; only then do you receive an invoice. You receive the report within 10 working days after receipt of payment and your website address.

Does this guarantee that AI recommends my business?
No. Nobody can force an AI to recommend a business. The goal is for your business to be mentioned more often for the questions your customers ask. Whether that works, we measure: how often AI names your business for the same questions, before and after the improvements. Every measurement is a snapshot.
Why ask the same question five times?
AI answers can differ. That is why we repeat each question five times per provider, so you can see how often your business is mentioned. One answer is a snapshot; five repetitions prove no cause and do not predict tomorrow.
Is this the same as what I see in ChatGPT myself?
No. We measure through the providers' official APIs: the same connection for everyone, without your history or settings. What you see in an app can differ; that is why the API measurement is repeatable and an app screenshot is not.
Is this the same as SEO?
No. SEO measures whether Google finds you. This measures whether an AI names you. They are different systems with different sources — scoring well in one says nothing about the other.
Can I try this myself first?
Yes. That is a snapshot in one app; the pilot asks the same questions five times across five providers and records every answer, so you can compare later.
